At Kahwa Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your roast; if your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of beans.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the unopened coffee or merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
