How long does it take for my coffee to ship?
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard ground, arriving within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite blends and save 10% on every order. Choose your delivery frequency and manage your subscription easily through your account portal.
What is your return policy on coffee beans?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We partner directly with farmers and cooperatives globally to ensure fair wages, sustainable farming practices, and the highest quality 100% Arabica beans.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we strive for fast fulfillment, changes must be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact our support team immediately for any modifications.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to bring Kahwa Coffee to more enthusiasts worldwide soon.
