We have roasted it on the lighter side of medium to bring out its best flavor profile featuring rich cedar notes, a sweet finish, and a smooth chocolate aftertaste. Wet-hulled in the traditional Indonesian style, it delivers a distinctive earthy character.

This single origin coffee is best brewed using a pour over or drip method to highlight its full flavor.
